为了探索符合当代审美价值和生活方式的具有中国特色建筑的设计发展方向；推进新型绿色建材和新型技术产品在当代建筑中的应用，以实现建筑的超低能耗、超低排放。中国建筑材料科研总院联合中国城市科学研究会共同举办首届国际可持续（绿色）建筑设计竞赛。竞赛将评选出50个入围获奖作品。所有获奖作品将在江苏常州武进国家绿建示范区内实际建造完成并验证设计效果。
本次竞赛时间段为2018年10月8日——2019年1月8日，参赛对象可以是学校组织的学生团队（建议有指导老师）、设计院、设计事务所和个人设计工作室。竞赛官方网站将于10月8日正式启动，提供参赛设计地块的选择及竞赛相关资料的介绍和下载。共有50个地块供参赛团队选择。
In order to explore the development direction ofarchitectural design in line with contemporary aesthetic values and lifestyles;promote the application of new green building materials and new technologyproducts in contemporary architecture to achieve ultra-low energy consumptionand ultra-low emissions of buildings.
Cooperated with Chinese Society for Urban Studies(CSUS),China Building Materials Academy decides to hold the First InternationalSustainable Building Design Competition in China. The competition will select50 finalists. All selected will be constructed in the Wujin National GreenBuilding Demonstration Zone in Changzhou, Jiangsu province.
The start time of the competition is expected to beOctober 8, 2018, and the deadline for submission of works is January 8, 2019.
Participants can be a student team organized by theschool (with a teacher recommended), a design institute, a design office andatelier personal. The official website of the competition will be officiallylaunched on October 8th, providing the selection of participating design plotsand downloading of competition-related documents. There are 50 plots availablefor the team to choose from.
The competition jury will be composed of 10 judgesfrom different fields. The competition judges include the famous architectswith international reputation, Stefan Behnisch（Germany），Mario Cucinella (Italy), Massimiliano Fuksas (Italy).

设金奖一名：80,000$，银奖两名：50,000$，铜奖三名：30,000$；优秀奖50名：20,000$

竞赛设计内容要求
1、在选定的地块上进行建筑单体方案设计，总面积控制在800m2左右；
2、竞赛建筑用途为绿色建材或设备类企业的企业营销中心，功能以办公、展示为主，相应的功能分配面积指标及其它附属功能均由参赛者根据方案设计需要自主确定。建筑平面布置应考虑日后企业入驻适用性和可改造性等因素；
3竞赛示范建筑单体限高24米；建筑控制线、贴线率应满足地块规划控制要求，详见《绿建大会可持续（绿色）建筑示范园规划总平面图》；
4、竞赛设计媒介的选用详见下载中心《绿建大会可持续（绿色）建筑设计竞赛绿色建材推荐选用表》；
5、竞赛单体不考虑设置独立地下室和停车位。
Competition Design Requirements
1, Project design should base on selected plot.The total area of each building is around 800 m2.
2, Designed building is used as a corporatemarketing headquarters for green building materials or equipment enterprises. Thebuilding function is mainly office and exhibition. The layout of the buildingshould consider the applicability and adaptability of the company in thefuture.
3, Competition building height limit of 24 meters.Building control line and line rate should meet the requirements of plotplanning control. See details in the Master Plan of the Sustainable (Green)Building Demonstration Park.
4, Recommendedbuilding materials can be found in the download center: 《Building Materials Category for Sustainable (Green)Building Design Competition》.
5, The competition projects need not to considerindependent basement and parking space.
