Competition Background

沈家门，承载千年渔都记忆的世界级名渔港，是舟山海洋文明的核心根脉，更是港城共生共荣的鲜活样本。为推动渔港岸线功能迭代与风貌焕新，实现渔都产业与海岛人居的协调共生，本次竞赛旨在汇聚全球创新设计智慧，探索符合沈家门特色、具备示范意义的微更新实施路径，以精细化更新激活片区发展内生动力，推动千年渔港在新旧融合中焕发新质活力，助力舟山“海上花园”城市建设，为海岛城市高质量发展提供普陀经验。

Shenjiamen, a world-renowned fishing port that carries a thousand-year legacy as a fishing capital, is the very root of Zhoushan’s maritime civilization and a living example of port-city co-prosperity. To advance the functional upgrade and waterfront landscape renewal of the fishing port, and to foster harmonious coexistence between the fishing industry and island communities, this competition aims to pool global innovative design wisdom, explore micro-regeneration pathways that reflect Shenjiamen’s distinctive character and offer exemplary value, and unlock the area’s endogenous development momentum through fine-grained renewal. It seeks to empower the millennia-old fishing port to gain new-quality vitality through the fusion of the old and the new, contribute to Zhoushan’s vision as a “Garden on the Sea” city, and provide Putuo’s experience for the high-quality development of island cities.

04竞赛范围

Competition Scope

以普陀区沈家门街道老城区为基地，红线范围(研究范围)面积90.4公顷，重点区域岸线长约1公里，重要设计节点三处，分别为老榕树节点、东西大街节点和东河市场节点。

Based in the old town of Shenjiamen Subdistrict, Putuo District, the red-line boundary (study area) covers 90.4 hectares, with a key waterfront stretch of approximately 1 kilometer and three major design nodes: the Old Banyan Tree Node, the Dongxi Street Node, and the Donghe Market Node.

05参赛对象

Competitive Contestants

本次竞赛面向国内外设计师、设计机构与企业、院校师生，以及广大设计爱好者公开征稿。设立“社会专业组”、“高校学生组”两个组别。参赛形式可采用团队或个人方式（团队人数不超过5人），高校学生组指导教师不超过2名。

This competition is open to designers, design firms and institutions, university faculty and students, and design enthusiasts from home and abroad. Two categories are established: the Professional Group and the University Student Group. Entries may be submitted by teams or individuals (with a maximum of five members per team). For the University Student Group, each team may have no more than two advisors.

06赛题要求

Competition Requirements

参赛方需基于上述赛题范围与赛题背景，以“1+N”的模式开展沈家门地块的整体系统规划，并自行研判三处重点节点地块进行深化设计。其中,“1”指沈家门区块的整体系统规划（重点围绕设计范围）；“N”为设计范围内三处重要设计节点，分别为老榕树节点、东西大街节点和东河市场节点，参赛者可自行研判选取（可选择一个，也可选择多个）。

Based on the competition scope and background outlined above, participants shall adopt a "1+N" model to carry out the overall systematic planning of the Shenjiamen plot, and independently determine which of the three key nodes to develop in further depth.In this model, "1" refers to the overall systematic planning of the Shenjiamen block (focused on the design scope), while "N" represents the three major design nodes within the scope: the Old Banyan Tree Node, the Dongxi Street Node, and the Donghe Market Node. Participants may decide independently which node(s) to select (one or multiple may be chosen).

Competition Task

本次竞赛以“微改造、精提升”为核心理念，对研究范围内的滨水岸线与核心节点进行系统性创意策划设计，并通过规划引导与空间塑造的双轮驱动实现地域文脉传承、功能活力焕新与空间品质跃升。

Guided by the core concept of "micro-renovation and refined upgrading," this competition calls for systematic creative planning and design of the waterfront and key nodes within the study area. Through the dual drive of planning guidance and spatial shaping, it seeks to carry forward local cultural heritage, revitalize functional vitality, and achieve a leap in spatial quality.

“N”项具体空间设计任务

The "N" Specific Spatial Design Tasks

针对老榕树、东西大街、东河市场3处节点进行重点设计，参赛者可自行研判选取（可选择一个，也可选择多个）。内容需涵盖公共空间重塑、建筑改造、环境艺术创意等，每个节点设计方案应功能明确、特色鲜明，并深度融入渔港文化元素。

This task focuses on the detailed design of three nodes: the Old Banyan Tree, Dongxi Street, and Donghe Market. Participants may assess and select independently (one or multiple nodes may be chosen). Submissions should cover public space revitalization, architectural renovation, and environmental art creation. Each node's design must feature clear functions and distinctive characteristics, with the cultural elements of the fishing port deeply integrated.

08竞赛流程

Competition Process

6月23日

赛事公告正式发布。

Official release of the competition announcement.

9月14日前

报名与答疑。竞赛公告发布后，在规定时间内接受报名，参赛团队按要求提交报名文件，通过符合性审查后方可参赛；同时，报名期间将组织线上答疑会。

Registration and Q&A. After the announcement, registration is accepted within a designated period. Participating teams must submit the required registration documents and pass a compliance review to be eligible. Online Q&A sessions will be organized during the registration period.

9月14日前

成果方案提交。

Submission of design proposals.

9月18日前

专家评审，择优选取部分团队进入下一阶段（入围数量按报名数量的20%，且不低于5家进行入围确定）。

Expert review and shortlisting of teams to advance to the next stage (the number of shortlisted teams will be 20% of total registrations, with a minimum of 5 teams).

10月25日前

入围参赛团队提交成果深化方案。

Shortlisted teams submit in-depth proposals.

10月30日前

专家最终评审。

Final expert review.

11月10日前

大赛结果公示与正式发布。

Announcement and official release of competition results.

11月中下旬

举办颁奖典礼、获奖作品展及学术交流。

Awards ceremony, exhibition of winning works, and academic exchange.

09奖项设置

Award Settings

本次竞赛的方案作品，分设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。

其中一等奖2名，奖金6000元（含税）；二等奖5名，奖金各4000元（含税）；三等奖9名，奖金各2000元（含税）；优秀奖20名，颁发获奖证书。

The competition entries will be awarded First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Honorable Mention..

There will be 2 First Prize winners, each receiving 6,000 RMB (tax inclusive); 5 Second Prize winners, each receiving 4,000 RMB (tax inclusive); 9 Third Prize winners, each receiving 2,000 RMB (tax inclusive); and 20 Honorable Mention recipients, who will be awarded certificates.

参赛团队需填写参赛报名表（报名表详见附件），报名文件命名方式为“舟山市沈家门渔港城市微更新设计大赛+组别+第一参赛者+单位（学校）名”，报名时请将报名表发送至大赛邮箱：ZSSJMSJDS@163.com ，收到邮件回执后，视为报名成功。

报名截止日期：2026年9月14日。

Participating teams are required to complete the registration form (see attachment). The registration file shall be named in the following format:“Zhoushan Shenjiamen Fishing Port Urban Micro-Regeneration Design Competition + Group + Lead Participant + Institution (School) Name.”Please send the registration form to the competition email address: ZSSJMSJDS@163.com. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the email confirmation.

Registration deadline: September 14, 2026.

所有参赛作品需提交电子资料（作品成果要求详见附件），文件命名方式为“舟山市沈家门渔港城市微更新设计大赛+组别+第一参赛者+单位（学校）名”，提交时请将电子资料发送至大赛邮箱：ZSSJMSJDS@163.com。

提案成果（初稿）提交截止日期：2026年9月14日。

深化成果（初评入围团队）提交截止日期：2026年10月25日。

Other Requirements

1. 作品不得包含违反中华人民共和国法律法规的内容，不得包含涉及与性别、宗教相关的歧视性内容，不得侵犯他人隐私，如由此引起的相关法律后果均由参赛者承担。

2. 参赛作品系团队独立完成的原创成果，未抄袭、剽窃他人作品，未侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或其他合法权益。凡涉及抄袭、剽窃、损害第三方合法权益等行为，参赛者应承担全部法律责任，与主办单位及组委会无关，并且组委会有权取消其参赛资格。

3. 获奖的竞赛方案成果（含方案说明及相关依据资料和素材）、著作权（署名权除外）、版权、使用权、专利权等知识产权和所有权益将归主办单位及参赛人共同所有，参赛即视同认可，主办单位在本项目后续的宣传、深化设计、建设实施过程中，有权采用其方案中的任何内容。

1. Entries must not contain any content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, any discriminatory content related to gender or religion, or any infringement upon personal privacy. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the participant(s).

2. Entries must be original works independently completed by the team, free from plagiarism or copying of others' works, and must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. In the event of any act of plagiarism, copying, or infringement upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, the participant(s) shall bear full legal liability, and the Organizer and the Organizing Committee shall assume no responsibility. The Organizing Committee also reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) from the competition.

3. For winning proposals (including the proposal description, supporting documents, and related materials), the intellectual property rights—including copyright (except the right of authorship), usage rights, patent rights, and all other rights and benefits—shall be jointly owned by the Organizer and the participant(s). Participation in the competition constitutes acknowledgment of this term. The Organizer shall have the right to use any content of the proposal in the subsequent publicity, design development, construction, and implementation of this project.
