The 13th Montreal International Black Film Festival ( MIBFF), taking place from September 27 to October 1st 2017 , is proud to launch the 4th edition of its great international poster contest !
第十三届蒙特利尔国际电影节（mibff）、从2017年9月27日到10月1日举行，隆重地推出第四届国际海报大赛!
From the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean, Africa to North America, via Europe and South America, MIBFF wants to share its most striking black cinematic discoveries while engaging in a wider cultural, social and socio-economic debate. MIBFF has become today’s largest black film festival in Canada. It is a dynamic, bold and innovative festival that fosters the development of the independent film industry and which offers a new and refreshing look on a growing, rich and original film industry.
从加勒比到印度洋，非洲到北美洲，途经欧洲和南美洲，通过MIBFF想分享其最引人注目的黑人电影的发现而参与更广泛的文化、社会和经济的辩论。在加拿大mibff已经成为当今最大的黑人电影节。它是一个动态,大胆而创新的节日,培养独立电影行业的发展，它提供了一些耳目一新的元素来丰富原始电影产业。

THE AWARDS
The MIBFF will award a prize of $500 (Canadian dollars) to the winner.
USE
The winning poster will be featured in all communications and publicity for MIBFF’s 12thedition. It will be used for all media and press purposes, including promotional materials, interviews, press conferences, etc.
FINAL FORMATS
The official festival poster will produced in a range of formats (width x height):
4 x 6 feet; 27 x 40 inches; 24 x 36 inches; 18 x 24 inches; 7 x 9 inches etc.
PLEASE NOTE, that by submitting a poster project, YOU implicitly AGREE with all of the Contest Rules and Conditions.

蒙特利尔国际电影节 Montreal World Film Festival
蒙特利尔国际电影节全称为“加拿大蒙特利尔国际电影节(Montreal International Film Festival”，1977年由加拿大魁北克省文 化事务部在加拿大第二大城市蒙特利尔市创立，是加拿大三大电影节之一，也是北美唯一被国际电影制片人联合会承认的竞赛性电影节。第一届为非比赛性电影节， 从1978年（第2届）起举行比赛评奖活动。在每年的8～9月之间举行，为期约10天，其主要奖品中的美洲大奖、男女演员奖授予故事片，蒙特利尔大奖授予 短片，评委会特别奖不限。是中国电影重要的海外展示场所，是艺术电影的又一集散地。
