Query Method

登录中国设计智造大奖官方网站（www.di-award.org）进入报名系统，点击“作品管理”查看作品状态：

1.作品状态显示为“佳作奖及以上”，说明作品至少获得佳作奖，您须出席颁奖典礼以获取纸质证书，最终获奖名次需等到颁奖典礼当天揭晓。

*入围总决赛作品，组委会将以邮件形式另行通知

2.作品状态显示为“未获奖”，参赛者仍可以观众方式报名参加论坛、展览等颁奖典礼相关活动，具体参与方式请关注公众号后续通知。

Log on to the DIA official website (https://en.di-award.org/) to access the registration system. Click on “Entry List” to check your entry status. The entry status will be indicated as follows:

1. The status of “Honorable Mention Award or Above” means your work has received at least the Honorable Mention Award. To obtain your certificate, attendance at the award ceremony is required. The final rankings will be announced at the Award Ceremony.

*Finalists shortlisted for the Final Evaluation will be contacted separately via email by the DIA Committee.

2. If the status is “Not Awarded”, participants can still attend forums, exhibitions, and related events as a spectator. Please stay tuned for further details on how to get involved through our official WeChat account.

Instruction for Award Recipients

1.获奖信息填写

针对入围获奖作品，组委会将提供一次获奖信息填写机会，该信息将用于获奖证书、年鉴出版以及对外宣传等用途。

填写方式：参赛者需于2025年11月1日至11月14日16:00（北京时间）期间，登陆报名系统，点击“获奖信息完善”按钮进行修改，逾期视作放弃本权益，组委会将默认以报名资料信息作为后期获奖宣传内容。

2.总决赛参评

产业组总决赛资格选手必须到总决赛现场参加答辩， 概念组总决赛资格选手必须提交5分钟答辩视频参评，否则将视为放弃总决赛资格及奖金，仅授予“佳作奖”荣誉，并由DIA评审委员会或学术委员会决议进行名额增补。

3. 后续活动安排

总决赛及颁奖典礼系列活动将于2025年12月11日至12月12日在中国杭州中国美术学院良渚校区举行，请所有计划出席领奖获奖选手提前准备签证、机票、酒店预定等事宜，组委会将于近期通过邮件发布参会细则信息并统计颁奖典礼出席人员信息。（*如活动时间和地点发生变动，组委会将另行通知）

1. Award Information Submission

For award-winning entries, DIA Committee will provide a one-time opportunity to submit award information, which will be used for award certificates, yearbook publication, and external publicity purposes.

Submission Method: Participants must log into the registration system between November 1 and 16:00 on November 14, 2025 (Beijing Time), and click the “Award Information Submission” button to update details. Failure to meet this deadline will be considered a forfeiture of this right, and the DIA Committee will use the original registration data for subsequent publicity by default.

2. The Final Evaluation

Finalists from the Product Group are required to attend in-person the Final Evaluation for the oral defense. Meanwhile, Finalists from the Concept Group must submit a 5-minute presentation video for evaluation. Failure to adhere to these requirements will lead to the forfeiture of eligibility for the Final Evaluation and associated prize money. In such cases, only the “Honorable Mention Award” will be granted. The decision regarding whether to fill any resulting vacancies will be made by the DIA Evaluation Committee or Academic Committee.

3. Subsequent Event Arrangement

The serial events, including the Final Evaluation and the Award Ceremony, are scheduled to take place in Liangzhu Campus of China Academy of Art, Hangzhou, China, from December 11th to 12th, 2025. We kindly request all award winners who will participate in the serial events to make necessary arrangements such as visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations in advance. DIA Committee will soon issue detailed participation information via email and collect attendance information for the Award Ceremony.
